Brett Basnight is responsible for the day-to-day execution of strategy surrounding Longbranch investments.  Brett has worked across a diverse range of Southeastern markets and led transactions in multiple asset classes. Brett’s financial background enables Longbranch to navigate complex land use entitlements, while maintaining a core focus on value generation.

Brett is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Moore School of Business and holds a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
